Yes we do! If an item can not be shipped to your location, we will notify you.
Canada & United States
Shipping is free for all orders over $100CAD.
For all orders under $100 CAD, there is a flat shipping fee or $10 CAD.
All other countries
For all other shipping locations, there is a flat shipping fee of $15 CAD on all orders.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. In general, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may take longer. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . For additional information, please refer to our shipping policy.
Once you have received confirmation of shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can then visit our order tracking page to track your shipment.
*Please note, tracking information may not be available until after your package has crossed the border and your local carrier (ie. USPS, Canada Post, etc.) has received your package. This does not mean your package is lost, it just has not been received at the sorting centre yet.
If the address you have given is incorrect, please respond to your order confirmation email and let us know the correct address. Please let us know within 12 hours of placing your order or before the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, a refund will not be provided.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to offer you store credit in the form of a gift card for your exchange or return. We just ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. For detailed information, please refer to our returns policy.
