If you need to cancel your order, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our online contact form within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number . Unfortunately, orders can not be cancelled after 12 hours, once we have begun to process your order.
With Route Package Protection:
Classy Chic is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. When you select Route+ at checkout, for a minimal fee, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes, is broken upon arrival, or your package is stolen, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Custom/duty fees, if applicable, will also not be refunded.

Without Route Package Protection:
To initiate your return, please contact us at email@example.com, with your order number and the reason for your return, prior to returning your items. Please do not ship your item until a return approval has been provided from a member of our team. Without prior approval, your return will not be accepted.
Returned items are eligible for store credit only, within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Your store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked between 15-30 days of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted if the item has not been received by our team within that timeframe.
Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded to the gift card. Shipping costs and the Route premium are not included. Custom/duty fees, if applicable, will also not be included. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**All items with prices ending in .95, as well as bodysuits are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.**
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a store credit and use your credit to place a new order.
Items must be returned unused/unworn, unwashed, not damaged and with all original tags attached. Items with makeup or deodorant stains and perfume smells will not be accepted. These items can be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or defective goods
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for some reason you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within three (3) days of receiving your order, to be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
We will ship to you a new replacement product, within 5 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
