Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not shipped. Please respond to the order confirmation you received and we will assist you.
I entered the wrong shipping address? What can I do?
If the address you have given is incorrect, please respond to your order confirmation email and let us know the correct address. Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. If 24 hours have passed, a refund will not be provided.
How long will delivery take?
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed. In general, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

I am not in love with my purchase, can I return it or exchange it?
We will gladly accept exchanges or store credit, within 14 days of delivery. If you are located in the Calgary city limits and wish to return an item, simply click here to summon a driver to come to your location to pick up your return.
