Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you can contact us at support@classychic.ca or via our online contact form within 12 hours. Please include your order number . Unfortunately, orders can not be cancelled after 12 hours, once we have begun to process your order.

Returns

Classy Chic is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. When you select Route+ at checkout, for a minimal fee your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes, is broken upon arrival, or your package is stolen, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Custom/duty fees, if applicable, will also not be refunded.

    Please note, a refund will not be issued from Classy Chic for any reason, only through the purchase of Route package protection.


    Exchanges

    If you declined to purchase Route package protection, Classy Chic will accept your request for an exchange or store credit only within 14 days after you receive your item. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the wrong size has been ordered. To initiate your exchange, please send us an email to support@classychic.ca. Please include the reason for your return as well as supporting pictures, if applicable. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Once the item has passed quality inspection, we will issue a gift card for the cost of the item (s). You then have the option to repurchase the item or to use the gift card at a later date.

    Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded to the gift card. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Custom/duty fees, if applicable, will also not be included. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging your item. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
